Srinagar, Mar 23 (KNB): Hinting of a possible dialogue with the centre Hurriyat Conference Tuesday said that the day was not far off when government of India will hold dialogue with All Party Hurriyat Conference and Pakistan. He was addressing people on the death anniversary of former Hurriyat chairman late Khawaja Abdul Ghani Lone.

In a big step forward pertinently, the central government on Wednesday asked security forces not to launch operations in Jammu & Kashmir during the holy month of Ramzan. “The Centre asks Security Forces not to launch operations in Jammu & Kashmir during the holy month of Ramzan. Decision taken to help the peace-loving Muslims observes Ramzan in a peaceful environment. HM @rajnathsingh has informed the Chief Minister, J&K of Centre’s decision,” Tweeted Home Ministry of India, however, made it clear security Forces to reserve the right to retaliate if attacked or if essential to protect the lives of innocent people.
A top source, while pleading anonymity stated – “The ceasefire has more or less begun on a good note and Ramadhan has thus begun on a peaceful way. I believe that the personality like Professor Abdul Ghani Bhat will not say something without any concrete base as he has a futuristic vision. What we can say without a doubt is that there are some backdoor channels going and with Pakistan also offering dialogue it look something concrete is there that has made Professor Abdul Gani Bhat’s remark that a possible dialogue between All Party Hurriyat Conference and Pakistan is a possibility. The feeling is on ground zero that only way which can lead to the resolution of the Kashmir dispute is sitting across the table. ”
