Home Ministry constitutes ‘Terror Monitoring Group’ for Kashmir

New Delhi, Mar 29 (Only Kashmir): The department of Jammu and Kashmir Affairs, Home Ministry of India in a major significant development has constituted a ‘Terror Monitoring Group’ to keep a vigil on “terror related activities” including “terror financing” in Jammu & Kashmir.
The Multi Disciplinary Terror Monitoring Group (TMG) will have JK Police higher officials, Additional Director Intelligence Bureau, Representatives of CBI, NIA, CBDT, CBIS as its members. TMG will meet on weekly basis to compile the report to be submitted regularly.
According to the official handout, the committee members will coordinate in respective of the already registered “terror related cases” to bring them towards logical conclusion.

“The Committee will take actions against the hardcore sympathizers among Government Employees and including Teachers etc who are providing overt or covert support to such “terror” activities,” the handout reads. (OK)
