Army organized interaction of Lady officers in Delhi Public School

Srinagar, Nov 02 (Only Kashmir): The Army on Thursday for ‘productive engagement of the youth’ organised an interaction of Lady Officers of the Army and Air Force with girl students of Delhi Public School, Srinagar.
The event highlighted the role and contribution of Lady Army officers in prevailing security situation.
According to the Army spokesman Lady Officer’s unconditional service to the Nation and the people of Valley was duly rewarded by the enthusiasm shown by the students, who participated in large numbers.

The interaction was also conducted to bring awareness about the functioning of defense services, different types of entry schemes and good way of life in defense services.
An audio video presentation for students followed by open forum interaction was also conducted. The students had shown keen interest and inquisitiveness during the event and were highly motivated to join the forces.
Meanwhile, a three day interaction programme which was organized by Jammu & Kashmir Police and Law Department of Kashmir University, concluded.
During this interaction programme, around 100 students of Law department visited many Police Stations including Nigeen, Lal Bazar and Zakura of District Srinagar and experienced first hand policing and were exposed to day to day policing which includes taking cognizance of crime, investigation of crime, and trial procedures.
On the last day, the students interacted with the Zonal SP and the SDPOs. The students freely raised various topics of general concern and in the end certificates were distributed to them.
