Srinagar, Mar 05 (KNB): A painting competition for the youth of Imam Sahib area of Shopian was conducted by army on Monday during which special prizes were given to participants to come out with their hidden talent and creativity.
According to an Army handout, KNB received here, the students participated with excitement and zeal. The best paintings were selected and awarded.
Speaking on the occasion an Army official said the valley of Kashmir boasts not only scenic beauty but also people with artistically beautiful minds. The only thing these talented folks need is encouragement and a platform to display their skills. (KNB)
