Srinagar, Sep 11 (Only Kashmir): In order to enhance the exposure of students and to promote cultural exchange and exchange of ideas, a Bharat Darshan Tour Programme has been organized by District Police Anantnag under Civic Action Programme (CAP) for 49 students from different parts of district Anantnag. The tour was flagged off Tuesday from DPL Anantnag.
The tour was flagged off by DIG SKR Amit Kumar (IPS) and SSP Anantnag shri Altaf Ahmad Khan.
On the occasion, DIG SKR and SSP Anantnag while interacting with the touring students advised them to avail the opportunity by taking best out of this tour by visiting places of historical importance and other places of interest. They said that such occasions will provide them a new experience and also give them vast exposure to become more confident and attain knowledge about the visiting places. He said it will be an educational tour for them.
Among others the occasion was graced by ADC Anantnag, ASP OPS Amritpal Singh IPS, DySP Hqrs Anantnag Burhan Kanth, DySP DAR Poshkar Nath Tikoo and other officers of District Police Anantnag.
