Srinagar, Dec 28 (Only Kashmir): The Jammu and Kashmir Bank’s mPay for Android and iOS used for several banking transactions is reportedly not working from the last two days creating furiousness among its customers and business circles.
Pertinently, the J&K Bank’s mobile app is available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store where it is rated 3.9 stars with over 500K downloads on Android. The application was last updated on 26 September 2018.
An angry customer of old city Srinagar, Yasir Jeelani Wani said as a businessman I had to face difficulties in banking transaction due to nonfunctional of mPay. He said I had installed the application a year back to avoid bank queues and to save time. He appealed the bank authorities to restore the application as early as possible.
Responding to the concerns of customers via Onlykashmir[dot]in, the bank official said there was a problem at backend which creating trouble for customers in transactions, adding, problem is almost now under control and all systems should be back to normal very soon.
