Srinagar, April 12 (Only Kashmir): Continuing its efforts to reach the downtrodden people of society, prominent young social activist Chowdhary Rabiya Shafiq along with Mushtaq Budgami distributed study material among 500 to 600 poor students in Neelgam village of Chadoora Budgam on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, Rabiya said the efforts to reach the downtrodden people, particularly kids, are my hobby, adding, it is our responsibility to help the needy.
The students on the occasion expressed their gratitude towards the distributors for helping them and hoped they would continue to take lead in conducting programmes for social upliftment.
The locals were also visibly overwhelmed by this noble gesture of Rabiya.(OK)
