Srinagar, Feb 04 (Only Kashmir): Tata Trusts, India’s oldest philanthropic organization, has announced scholarships for D.Ed and B.Ed for Jammu and Kashmir and North-East India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura).
Applications will be accepted from February 1 till February 15, 2021. The application form along with detailed instructions to fill it can be downloaded from their website, www.tatatrusts.org. The scholarship would cover tuition fees and other related academic fees, as part of their Individual Grants Programme.
All candidates who have scored 65% or above or more than 7.00 CGPA in their qualifying exams in the academic year, 2019-20 are eligible to apply and must mail the relevant documents by February 15, 2021 within 24 hours of filling up the application form. However, those whose results will be announced after February 15 can mail the Mark sheets till April 30, 2021. In case of any queries, interested applicants can send a mail at igpadmin@tatatrusts.org, with the subject line, “<<Stream Name>>-Query”. The final decision of the Trusts will be communicated through the E-Mail ID provided by the applicant.
The mandatory documents required include attested copies of mark sheets relevant to the academic year 2019-20, fee receipts for the academic year 2020-21, a cancelled cheque or first page of the student’s bank passbook and the latest Annual Income Proof of parents/guardians. The documents must be in PDF format.
