Seriously, we Kashmiris are deprived to give our thoughts to the occasions which need our utmost seriousness. In a systematic manner we are confined to comedy shows of political jokers and are in rat race to promote such content by sharing on social media.

No doubt we are politically enough mature because of the uncertainties we witnessed over the last seven decades, however, as of now our mindset is evolved to a stage where our discussions and deliberations start and end on hilarious acts and comedy shows of people who came into light in recent DDC elections.

We devotee our energies to promote things which are disgraceful for even discussions, our undue criticism to the persons serves their cause. We are stuffing the political space by the stuff created and developed by the mysterious persons who mostly represent themselves as scribes.

Losing the spirit of seriousness has undoubtedly diverted our focuses from philosophical, literary and political issues. Besides sensitive political issues, we have many issues pertaining to our society including corruption, environmental, nepotism, favoritism, drug abuse, poverty, dowry system, extravaganza and most importantly the pathetic condition of our young entrepreneurs.

If we remain busy in comedy shows and not wakeup to the realities, undoubtedly the incompetent people will take over in every field, the process has already begun. We seriously are not contributing to our society what we could.
