The officials at Composite Regional Centre Srinagar (CRC) Srinagar have allegedly misused the power of appointments and dilution of Recruitment Rules aimed at to benefit the choice of applicants.
An Advertisement notice was issued by CRC Srinagar vide No. CRC-Sgr/Advert-N/22/31 dated 18-04-2022 has sought the required qualification of master/Bachelor in Physiotherapy with 3 years experience in teaching/clinics. Contrary, the required qualification prescribed by the concerned Ministry is Masters in Physiotherapy with 3 years experience in teaching/clinics or bachelor in Physiotherapy with 7 years experience in teaching/clinics.
Similarly, qualification for the post of Tutor (Special Education) is required Masters’s Degree in Special Education with 3 years experience in teaching/clinics in Government / Semi-Government organizations OR a bachelor’s in Special Education with 7 years experience in teaching /clinics in Government /Semi-Government Organization, bypassing the prescribed rules the incumbent officials at CSC, allegedly to adjust their nears and dears issued notice that the required qualification of Masters Degree in any with not less than 5% marks and M.Ed special Education(ID) with 55% of marks and having valid CRR Number.
Pertinently, despite the all evident ‘malfunctioning’ no corrigendum notice was published to the date by CSC officials.
Sources said that CRC Srinagar being a Central Government institution all advertisement notifications are to be published in Employment News and other national-level papers but these advertisement notifications were not been published as per rules.
Sources revealed that a single candidate was called for an interview, besides some members have only signed on papers whereas they did not attend the interview of these posts, which can be clarified from the non-selected candidates that which member was present through Video, etc for interview.
Surprisingly, a Lecturer in Physiotherapy at CRC Srinagar has selected her sister Lecturer in Physiotherapy who is overaged and non-competent.
Reports reaching this news filing agency that a complaint is filed before Anti Corruption Bureau, against misusing the appointment & benefitting near & dear in an official capacity.
