World famous model, actress, anchor, lawyer, philanthropist, entrepreneur and former Miss Bangladesh 2007 Ms. Jannatul Ferdous Peya, also known as Peya Jannatul Wednesday graced the Cultural cum Fashion Show event titled “Harmukh” at the banks of famous Dal Lake Srinagar.
The event organized by Quest Productions witnessed positive sensation with the presence of famous Kashmiri artists and models, especially the Peya Jannatul. Chairperson J&K Waqf Board Dr. Darakshan Andrabi also graced the occasion with her presence as chief guest. Bismillah Lehenga Shop – Bridal Wear Retailers In Srinagar provided costumes for the event.
The eminent Model of Kashmir Adnan Sheikh while talking with Onlykashmir[in] on the sidelines of the event said “The show organized by Quest Productions titled Harmukh was quite impressive. It promoted tradition and local culture. There were no revealing clothes. These types of fashion shows will also promote foreign tourism in Kashmir. I appreciate the efforts of Quest Productions.”
Kaiser Ahmad, one of the organizers of the event stated that Harmukh has been overwhelming in nature. “The boys and girls of Kashmir are full of talent. Be it modeling, acting, or singing Kashmir boys and girls are full of talent, what they lack is a proper platform.
The audience was impressed by the level of talent in Kashmir and lauded Quest Productions for making all the efforts to make the Harmukh event a success.
Besides several fashion segments, a number of cultural programs were present on the occasion based on local themes. RJ Rafiq anchored the program, while veteran Kashmiri actor Mir Sarwar also marked his presence. Dr. Darakshan Andrabi at the end of the event felicitated the participants and organizers.
