Srinagar, June 19: In a historic and highly anticipated event, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to perform yoga near the iconic Dal Lake in Srinagar on the occasion of the 10th International Day of Yoga. Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha expressed excitement and pride regarding the Prime Minister’s visit. “I believe it is a matter of great fortune for Jammu and Kashmir that PM Modi will perform yoga near Dal Lake in Srinagar on International Yoga Day,” said Sinha. He emphasized the special bond that PM Modi shares with the region, attributing the Prime Minister’s decision to celebrate the event in Srinagar to this deep connection.
“PM Modi has a special attachment to Jammu and Kashmir, and I believe that this is why he is coming to Srinagar on the 10th International Day of Yoga,” LG Sinha added.
