Srinagar: Atwal Films Private Limited has officially begun shooting for their new film Shagird, a powerful story of a young Kashmiri woman who overcomes immense challenges to build a unicorn business.
Announced during a presser in Srinagar, the film highlights resilience, innovation, and the strength of women breaking barriers in the business world.
The director described Shagird as more than just a movie—it’s a tribute to women changing the narrative in regions where opportunities are scarce. Filming will take place across scenic locations in Jammu and Kashmir, with the release date to be announced soon.
