Jammu: In a move to strengthen cultural and spiritual ties, Uttar Pradesh’s Minister for Science & Technology, Anil Kumar, and Minister of State for Minority Welfare, Danish Azad Ansari, met with the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha.
The two ministers extended a formal invitation from Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, inviting LG Sinha to attend the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025.
They also encouraged cultural organizations and citizens from Jammu and Kashmir to participate in the grand spiritual event, aiming to foster greater cultural and spiritual unity between the two regions.
The Maha Kumbh Mela, known as the world’s largest public gathering and spiritual congregation, will take place in Prayagraj from January 13, 2025, to February 26, 2025.
The event is expected to attract millions of devotees, pilgrims, and tourists worldwide, creating a remarkable convergence of faith, tradition, and humanity.
