JK YES organises first Sikh Youth Conference at Tagore Hall Srinagar

Srinagar , Dec 24 : Jammu and Kashmir Youth Empowerment Society (YES), registered under trust act , organised first Sikh youth conference today at Tagore Hall Srinagar.

The theme of cthe onference was Martyrdom and Sacrifices the exploring legacy of Chamkaur Sahib and Saka Sirhind.

Many Sikh youth intellectuals and Scholars from Kashmir Valley participated in the program where they read their papers and expressed their views on said topic.

While talking to the media President JK YES Amitpal Singh said,” On behalf of the organizing team, I extend heartfelt gratitude to our speakers, attendees, and contributors. May the light of these teachings illuminate our paths and inspire generations to come”.

Organising Secretary Tejveer Singh Said, “The legacy of martyrdom in Sikhism is a reminder of the power of self-sacrifice in creating a better world. It teaches us to rise above fear, to serve without expectation, and to uphold justice and compassion at all costs. Let us honor this legacy not just in remembrance, but in action, embodying the spirit of Shahadat in our daily lives”.
