Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab (LTSU) has partnered with Sabr Education Srinagar to provide market-ready, job-oriented programs for Jammu & Kashmir’s youth. The collaboration aims to bridge the skill gap and enhance employment opportunities in Jammu and Kashmir.
Addressing a press conference, Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura, Chancellor of LTSU and Advisor, NSDC, Govt of India, emphasized the university’s industry-driven programs designed for both Class 12 graduates and unemployed youth with degrees. He also highlighted LTSU’s “payment after placement” model and its commitment to a safe and inclusive environment for female students.
Dr. Kaura announced that LTSU will host the 54th National Convention of ISTE and Yuva Kaushal on February 13-14, 2025, with the Governor of Punjab as Chief Guest. Other esteemed attendees will include Dr. V.K. Paul (NITI Aayog Member – PMO), Punjab’s Education Minister, AICTE Chairman, NAAC Chairman, and other top education leaders.
As a gesture of appreciation, Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura and Mr. Mehran Reshi, Managing Director of Sabr Education, presented awards to outstanding school principals, hospitals, police officers, and individuals for their contributions to education and healthcare in J&K.
Senior LTSU officials, including Mr. Vimal K. Manhotra, Director of Finance and Strategic Initiatives, and Mr. Satbir Singh Bajwa, Joint Registrar, were also present at the event.
