Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir – 21/08/2025: As a part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, BIOSTADT India Ltd., one of India’s leading biostimulant and pesticide companies, awarded scholarships to 150 underprivileged students across the UT of Jammu and Kashmir.
The scholarship distribution events were held at Govt. Higher Secondary School Akingam and Govt. Higher Secondary School Sagam, where each student received financial assistance of ₹2,500. In addition to monetary support, specialist mentors interacted with the students, providing insights into future opportunities in the agriculture and horticulture sectors.
The programs were presided over by Mr. Farooq Ahmed Qureshi (Senior Business Manager, B.I.L.) and Mr. Umer Mukhtar (Territory Manager, Anantnag), along with faculty members of the host institutions.
Through this initiative, BIOSTADT India Ltd. reaffirms its commitment to supporting rural education and empowering the next generation of the farming community.
