Srinagar: The People’s Conference has appointed political and social activist Bhaijan Imtiyaz Chishti as Secretary – Media Communications & Public Relations for the Central Zone (Srinagar Parliamentary Constituency).
Known for his grassroots activism and strong voice on public rights, Chishti’s appointment comes at a time when Srinagar residents are demanding greater transparency and accountability.
Party president Sajad Gani Lone said the move reflects the People’s Conference’s commitment to bridging the gap between the public and policymakers while ensuring just and people-driven governance.
