Kashmiri translation of one-third of the Holy Quran unveiled in Srinagar

A literary event was organized by the Literary Center Kamraz Jammu and Kashmir in collaboration with the Cultural Academy at the Conference Hall Tagore Hall Srinagar in which Gulzar Ahmed Parre’s Kashmiri translation of the first ten verses of the Holy Quran was released.

This blessed event was presided over by renowned religious scholar and preacher Maulana Shaukat Hussain Keng. The event began with Naatiya Kalam, which was recited by renowned Naat Reciter Abul Hasan Farooqi in his unique tone.

On this occasion, renowned Naat-goo poet and broadcaster Ghulam Hassan Ghamgeen also delighted the audience with Naat-e-Nabi (PBUH) in his unique style.

Among the writers and writers who expressed their views on the above topic in the symposium were Professor Shad Ramzan, Professor Shafqat Altaf, Mushtaq Ahmed Mushtaq, Professor Bashar Bashir, Syed Akhtar Mansoor, Dr. Maroof Shah, Syed Saaduddin Saadi, Haji Ghulam Nabi Dar, Abdul Khaliq Shams, Rukhsana Jabeen, Rashid Roshan, Inayat Gul and Ghulam Muhammad Dilshad. The event was hosted by Shakir Shafi, Vice President of the Kamraz Literary Center.
