Airtel WiFi services remained disrupted in several parts of Srinagar on Saturday, causing inconvenience to residents and businesses. Customers expressed strong resentment over the prolonged outage and urged the concerned authorities to intervene and ensure uninterrupted internet services.
Many users said the disruption has affected work, online education, and daily communication, adding to public frustration over frequent connectivity issues.
Meanwhile, Airtel acknowledged the problem in a message to customers, stating that it is aware of the issue affecting Airtel WiFi in the area and assured that efforts are underway to restore services within the next five to six hours. Customers, however, demanded a permanent solution rather than repeated assurances.
