Jammu, Jan 28: Reinforcing its commitment to customer-centric banking and collaborative growth, J&K Bank on Tuesday organised an exclusive interaction with its High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) customers of the Jammu Division.
The meet was chaired by Managing Director & CEO Amitava Chatterjee and attended by Executive Director Sudhir Gupta, CGM (Business Development) Sunit Kumar, and GM & Divisional Head (Jammu) Ashok Gupta. Prominent HNI customers from across the division participated in the interaction.
At the outset, customers congratulated the Bank’s leadership on its strong recent performance and extended their best wishes for sustained growth. Addressing the gathering, MD & CEO Amitava Chatterjee thanked the participants for their continued trust, describing them as key stakeholders in the Bank’s growth journey.
Highlighting the evolving banking landscape, he said that meaningful customer engagement has become essential in a highly competitive environment. “Customer feedback is central to shaping our strategies, refining our products and enhancing service delivery. Banking solutions today are co-created through continuous dialogue with customers,” he observed.
Reiterating the Bank’s commitment to responsiveness and transparency, the MD & CEO assured that all suggestions and concerns would be carefully examined and factored into service improvements. He also underscored the importance of technology, stating that J&K Bank would continue to strengthen its digital platforms while preserving the human touch that defines its legacy.
Executive Director Sudhir Gupta emphasised the role of customer partnerships in driving innovation, noting that such interactions provide valuable insights to align products and services with real market needs.
During the interactive session, participants appreciated the Bank’s strong local connect, relationship-based approach and expanding digital offerings, while also sharing constructive feedback. The Bank’s leadership assured that the issues raised would be judiciously addressed.
Earlier, CGM Sunit Kumar reiterated the Bank’s commitment to providing safe, convenient and state-of-the-art banking services. Presenting the vote of thanks, GM & Divisional Head Ashok Gupta thanked the participants for their active engagement, stressing that continuous feedback remains vital for enhancing customer experience.
