JK Bank has relaunched its credit card series on modern lines, in line with its commitment to digital innovation and customer-friendly services. The upgraded cards were launched by MD & CEO Amitava Chatterjee at the Jammu Divisional Office. Executive Director Sudhir Gupta, CGM Business Development and other senior officers were present on the occasion, while officers from the corporate headquarters participated virtually.
The new series includes three variants: Platinum, Platinum Privilege and Eminent, which have been designed keeping in mind different consumer segments, spending trends and lifestyles.
The MD & CEO said that this initiative is part of the strategy to make JK Bank a modern digital banking partner nationwide. According to him, credit cards have now become not just a means of payment but a means of accessing experiences and facilities, hence the needs of young professionals and business class have been kept in mind.
The Eminent Card has been introduced for premium customers, which includes competitive forex charges, lounge access, travel and lifestyle privileges and fast reward points. The Base Platinum Card provides balanced facilities for family customers, while the Platinum Privilege Card is offered to government employees with multiple benefits without joining and annual fees.
Bank officials described the new series as in line with changing consumer trends and directed the relevant departments to ensure effective promotion and sales of these products.
