کشمیر میں کئی لوگوں نے ادبی تنظیمیں اس لئے بنائی ہیں کہ وہ ایک دوسرے کے شعروں کو داد دیں ایک دوسرے کو انعامات سے نوازیں اور ایک دوسرے کی پزیرائی کریں اور وہ اپنی چالبازیوں سے ادب پر چھائے رہتے ہیں ایک اور بات جو میں کافی عرصے سے دیکھ رہا ہوں کہ کئی لوگوں کا یقین صرف لابی ازم پر ہی ہے وہ نوجوان شاعروں اور قلمکاروں اور گانے والوں کو اسی قالب میں پرکھنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں جس قالب میں وہ پرانے اور برگزیدہ شاعروں، قلمکاروں اور فنکاروں کو پرکھتے ہیں۔
