The project was to be built at an estimated cost of over 9.5 crore rupees in 2006, but due to the many missing deadlines, the cost has risen to 15.86 crore rupees in 2023.

The goddess is depicted as two-armed and six-headed. Several coins, sculptures and inscriptions that were produced from 500 BCE to 1200 CE picture the six-headed goddess.
To introduce Kashmir’s rich tradition and culture, a two-day fest “SHIKARA” was held in New Delhi with mesmerizing performances by the Kashmiri artists including Aabha Hanjura.
