The Minister was speaking at seminar and press meet on J&K tourism organized here by the Department of Tourism J&K in collaboration with J&K Tourism Alliance.
The five-year term for the previous panchayat bodies in the state ended in July last year at a time when Kashmir was facing turmoil following the killing of militant Burhan Wani.
