Three civilians killed in north Kashmir, Police blames militants

Srinagar, April 30 (Only Kashmir): Three youth civilians were killed on Monday evening after unknown gunmen fired upon them from a very close range in Iqbal Market at old town Baramulla, north of Kashmir.



According to the police preliminary investigation reveals complicity of LeT in the case. One Pakistan based and two other local militants of old town Baramulla are the principal suspects in this case and wanted by law.
The slain persons have been identified as Asger Sheikh, Haseeb Khan and Asif Sheikh.
Earlier, in the day, two Hizb militants including a civilian were killed during an encounter between militants and government forces in Drubgam, Pulwama, south of Kashmir.
