J&K Bank has crossed the historic ₹3 trillion business milestone, taking its total business to ₹3.04 trillion at the close of the first quarter of FY2026-27. The Bank reached the milestone in just three years after crossing the ₹2 trillion mark, a pace far quicker than the nearly decade-long journey from ₹1 trillion to ₹2 trillion.
The Bank reported deposits of ₹1.73 trillion and gross advances of ₹1.31 trillion, recording over 20% year-on-year business growth, supported by a 16% rise in deposits and more than 25% growth in advances. Managing Director & CEO Amitava Chatterjee described the achievement as a defining moment in the Bank’s 88-year history, crediting customers, shareholders and employees for the milestone.
He said the Bank’s next target under Vision 2030 is to achieve ₹5 trillion in business and an annual profit of ₹5,000 crore while maintaining high standards of governance and customer-centric service.
