Jammu: The 80th Independence Day was celebrated with patriotic fervor and cultural fervour at the regional headquarters of Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), Jammu.
The event was led by the Director of the Centre, Shruti Awasthi, who hoisted the national flag. On this occasion, officers, officials and other participants of the Centre participated in the Independence Day celebrations with national spirit.
During the ceremony, the great sacrifices made for the country’s independence were remembered and the importance of national unity, preservation of cultural heritage, and the collective role in the country’s development was highlighted.
Participants reaffirmed their commitment to patriotism, national unity, and the building and development of the country on the occasion of Independence Day.
