Paras Health Srinagar will organise a free multispeciality health camp on August 23, offering residents an opportunity to consult specialists from more than 14 medical disciplines and access complimentary health screenings.
The camp will be held from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Paras Health, Durganag, Dalgate Bridge, Munshi Bagh, Srinagar. The initiative aims to promote preventive healthcare, encourage early diagnosis and provide people with convenient access to specialist medical advice.
Free consultations will be available in several specialities, including Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, Medical and Surgical Oncology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Gastroenterology, Neurosciences, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Urology and Paediatrics.
Visitors will also be able to avail themselves of complimentary blood pressure and blood sugar checks, while a 20% discount on laboratory and radiology services will be offered as part of the camp.
Speaking about the initiative, Dr. Murtuza Haibib, Facility Director, Paras Health Srinagar, said timely access to expert medical advice plays an important role in building a healthier community. He said the camp would bring specialists from diverse fields together and provide residents an opportunity to address health concerns, undergo basic screenings and understand the importance of preventive care and early diagnosis.
Dr. Shafat Ahmad Kenu of Paras Health Srinagar said the initiative would provide individuals and families a platform to interact directly with specialists and seek guidance on conditions that may otherwise remain unattended. He highlighted the wide range of expertise available at the camp, covering cardiac, orthopaedic, neurological, gastrointestinal, respiratory, renal, urological, oncological, women’s and children’s health concerns.
