Budgam: Jammu and Kashmir Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary has accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of spreading misinformation, describing allegations surrounding vote theft as an issue with serious implications for democratic institutions.

Speaking to reporters in Budgam, Choudhary said the National Conference-led government remained committed to fulfilling its promises despite what he described as limitations on its powers. He maintained that his administration was accountable to the public and intended to deliver on the commitments made to voters.
